Oppor-TUNE-ity Knocks ® 2006

The 4th Annual Oppor-TUNE-ity Knocks was a huge success! The food was fabulous, the entertainment was fantastic, and we were able to raise over $16,000 to support our on-going programs.

The trip for two to Montreal sponsored by Via Rail was won by Carole Sharpe of Sharpe Impressions Day Spa in Riverview, and the Mother’s Day basket was won by Tammy McKenzie of Medavie Blue Cross. Thank you to all who bought tickets for both of these draws.

We would like to thank Scotiabank, Via Rail, and all of our other corporate and auction sponsors for their contributions to this event. Thank you for participating in our success.

A special thanks also to Scotty Horsman and K94.5 FM for helping us host the event, to Andre & Louise Leblanc from Alta Musica who provided the sound, to Toto and Angela Phi, and the Hugh Brown Jazz Trio with Kim Bishop who provided the entertainment.
